Best ever garlic bread at home| Drishti Kanoi

Ingredients: Dough: Water- 1 cup Yeast- 2tsp Sugar- 1tsp Flour- 350gms Salt Olive oil/ vegetable oil- 2tbsp Bread: Mozzarella, processed cheese- no limit Butter- 60 gms chopped garlic- 7-8 cloves garlic paste- 1tbsp Recipe: Dough Water+ yeast+ sugar= mix, let it bloom for 5-10 minutes. Flour+ salt+ water mix= mix well in a large bowl until no lumps. Oil+ flour mix= mix well until no lumps and continue mixing for 10 more minutes. Rest for minimum 3 hours, maximum 7 days. (The first 3 hours in a warm place and then transfer to fridge.) Bread: Mix garlic paste in your dough pretty well. Prep two cooking dishes 8*10 inches. Spray oil, sprinkle flour. Cut the dough in half. Spread the dough in the cooking tray with your hands. Let it rest in a warm place for 1-2 hours. (no less no more) Microwave butter and garlic for 30 secs (together) Without breaking the bubbles that have formed in the dough spread the melted mix on it. Add mozzarella, processed cheese, parmesan (optional), cheese slice(optional), toppings(optional), Bake at the highest temp of your OTG oven for 12-20 minutes.
